About Us   PVEQS is a privately held company registered in the State of Kerala, the Southern most state of India. The company is promoted by a small group of well experienced and qualified engineers having nearly three decades of experience in design, QA/QC, Inspection, NDT, Welding and Training in project and plant integrity works associated with oil & gas, fertilizer and petrochemical industries. The group is capable of managing all matters related static and rotating equipment, storage facilities and piping systems in above mentioned industries. In addition to the full time association of the core group consisting of the directors of the company, PVEQS enjoy the support from a large number of professionals who have similar experience in respective disciplines. All of them have more than two decades of dedicated and relentless service in their respective disciplines and have proven track record. The very purpose of setting up this company in this region, is to provide professional engineering solutions and support as well as surveillance services to upcoming projects, existing /operating plants, mainly in oil & gas sector. As you know, the cost of these services in India is comparatively cheap and in the context of rapidly advancing /changing communication technology, so also the diminishing travel costs, carrying out such works in India would work out to be cheaper for clients overseas. The assets PVEQS bank upon in this venture are authenticity, professionalism, dedication, sincerity and promptness. As evident, PVEQS cannot barge in to all the above mentioned activities in the beginning itself.     Services   As the first phase, PVEQS could offer the following services forthwith.           Preparation and review of FEED documents for surface production facilities, crude refining and fertilizers etc. Preparation and review of MSD for surface production facilities, crude refining and fertilizers etc. Preparation of drawings and documents for static equipment and piping as follows. Design and drawings pertaining to pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks and other similar equipment. QAP and ITP for shop fabricated heavy equipment as well as for plant and offsite piping at construction sites. NDT Procedures namely RT, UT, MPT & LPT applicable to specific jobs. PWHT and HT procedures based on technical specifications and code requirements. Review of drawings and documents for static equipment and piping from Vendors. Corrosion mitigation solutions for new projects Preparation of Inspection & Corrosion Manuals Conduct corrosion audits Advisory supports for selection of apt materials Risk Based inspection solutions to new and existing process plants Design & development of RBI and integrity management programs Inservice inspection of static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks and piping. Third party inspection services including attendance to Vendor pre-inspection meetings etc. Failure investigation of static equipments like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, storage tanks and piping.           As to the infrastructure, PVEQS is in possession of the following assets at its disposal apart from the skilled and experienced manpower. Adequate office space (nearly 1700 Sq.ft.) in the heart of Kochi city. Desktops and laptops with softwares for carrying out design and drawing and other required peripherals like printers and scanners drawing pads etc., including P V Elite and Auto CAD A fairly good collection of reference documents and literature to carry out design (in soft and hard copies). Access to central libraries and suppliers of softwares all over the world. Broadband dedicated internet connection for fast transfer of data. In addition to the above assets, PVEQS is ready to acquire any other facility that may be needed during the course of execution of any project.       Apart from offering services as mentioned above, PVEQS also would like to have its presence in the field of industry specific training programs based on the present day needs of the industry. The core professionals behind this venture were offering many such short duration training programs in the past in their respective disciplines. In short, PVEQS want to establish training and certification as one of our major activities in a span of about two years, as the professionals behind this venture are passionate about teaching and to pass on the experience gained over the years to posterity.
