Naka Instrument is a designer and manufacturer of substation, power plants test and measurement solutions for the global commercial power generation and distribution, aviation, and government/military aerospace, power turbines and defense markets. The Company designs, manufactures and sells instruments to test and measure, and calibrates and repairs a range of test equipment used in scada, navigation aerospace industry. Naka sells its equipment in both domestic and international markets. The Company operates in three segments: Utilities, projects and commercial. The Utilities segment consists primarily of the design, manufacture, and sale of test equipment to all GCC countries and foreign governments and militaries either directly or through distributors. The Projects and commercial segment consists of design, manufacture, and sale of test equipment to domestic and foreign EPCs, directly and to general aviation repair and maintenance shops
