Seminar Description
The objective of the workshop is to empower executives and decision makers to understand the management requirements along with their operational and technical support. Attendees will find the necessity of having the knowledge of merger and acquisition mechanism for rapidly changing market. This seminar is formed to present the facts and figures of Merger and Acquisitions driven by the economic conditions. The real time case studies are listed to demonstrate and analyze the drivers of M&A, which will help to understand the situation surrounding us and provide necessary tools to deal with it.

Dr. Kahsay has worked in the field of major international economic studies and has been playing major roles in the significant researches and publications.
